We want every subscriber to be happy with Casper Max. If you're not, here's exactly how refunds work.

When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

• Within 7 days of your first charge — any reason. Just write to us.
• Duplicate charges — if you were billed twice for the same period due to a technical error, we refund the duplicate immediately.
• Failed service — if the service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a prorated refund.
• Unauthorized charges — if you did not authorize the charge (e.g., a family member used your card without permission), contact us within 30 days.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

• After 7 days from your first charge, we do not offer retroactive refunds for monthly periods already consumed. You can always cancel to prevent future charges — see Cancellation Policy.
• We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
• Annual Pix payments in Brazil are refundable within 7 days of the original charge; after 7 days they are non-refundable (as stated at checkout).

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
2. Include: the last 4 digits of the card used, the charge date, the charge amount, and a brief reason.
3. We review and respond within 1 business day.
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How Long Refunds Take

Exact timing depends on your bank. If you do not see the refund on your statement after the maximum window, contact your bank first (they often have it pending), then reply to our refund confirmation email and we will escalate with the payment processor.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved in a single email and a refund processed the same day. Chargebacks that bypass our refund process may result in account suspension and are disputed based on server-side evidence of service delivery.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Refunds in India

If applicable tax was charged on a refundable transaction, the tax portion is also refunded. Razorpay issues the reversal entry, and the amount appears on your statement in the same time window as the principal amount above.
