Cancellation Policy | The Friendly AI

You can cancel Casper Max at any time, in under 10 seconds, directly inside the app. There is no cancellation fee, and we never require a phone call.

How to Cancel — Self-Service (Fastest)

1. Open askcasper.ai and sign in.
2. Click your account avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Select Manage subscription.
4. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 5 minutes.

How to Cancel by Email

If you can't access your account, email [email protected] from the email on file with the subject line Cancel my subscription. We process email cancellations within 1 business day and will always prevent the next renewal.

What Happens After You Cancel

• You keep access to Casper Max until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No prorated refund.
• At the end of the period, your account automatically downgrades to the free tier — unlimited text, 30 lifetime voice messages (whatever remains of them).
• Your conversation history, Parent Portal links, and settings are preserved.
• You can resubscribe anytime without losing any data.

Deleting Your Account Entirely

Cancelling stops the subscription but keeps your account. If you want your account and all data permanently deleted, email [email protected] from the account email. We complete deletion within 30 days and send confirmation. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention and backup timelines.

Pix Annual Subscriptions (Brazil)

Pix annual payments (R$99/ano) are one-time and do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel — access simply ends 12 months after purchase. If you want a refund within the first 7 days, see our Refund Policy.

UPI eMandate Cancellations (India)

If you paid via UPI AutoPay (eMandate), cancelling in the app revokes the mandate with Razorpay immediately. You may also revoke the mandate directly in your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) by going to AutoPay → Manage mandates → Revoke. Either method fully stops future charges.

If You Have Trouble

If self-service cancellation isn't working, email [email protected]. We will cancel your subscription manually and confirm the same day during business hours. If you were charged after requesting cancellation, we refund the charge.
